About the process

Screen printing is a traditional printing technique where ink is transferred onto textiles, plastics and other materials using a fine mesh stencil called a screen for each colour. Multiple colour designs are layered up using a separate screen printed one colour at a time.

Once the screen is made and set up we can print hundreds of copies of the design making it cheaper per unit the more you make. We still use a manual printing carousel, choosing to print each colour by hand allowing us to check each print as it comes out and deliver a consistently high-quality result.

We specialise in printing on textiles such as T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Aprons, Bags and Teatowels. Get in touch if you have any other requirement and we would be happy to advise what’s possible.
